About My Client: Ellessco is a women-owned company founded by a mother and daughter (who still get along!). Their passion for travel, design, and technology has led them to develop innovative new products for life on the go. Their products are made of top quality materials and have invested in significant testing at independent test labs, even though there are no requirements to do so. Ellessco is committed to producing products that are reusable, recyclable and made in the USA

Background: I have been working with Ellessco for over 5 years. It started where they needed some updates and content added to their site. Over the years they were using PayPal buttons for their customers to purchase their items. When a product was sold out we had to go in and hide the button so the item could not be purchased. When orders would come in they would have to print out the PayPal invoice and a separate packing slip.

Solution: Replaced an outdated and no longer supported theme, to a custom Divi theme and added WooCommerce integrated with ShipStation, offering multiple customer shipping options, printing mailing labels and creating packing slips. This new automated system saves Ellessco about 10-15 hours per week along with saving tons of paper.
